The best way that I have tried on my nephews is through cartoons. Allow them to utilise their time in watching English cartoons or movies. Give him/her comic books and ask them to read. I assure you, your child will speak fluently with proper pronunciation and modulation (need to digest their favourite characters). Play certain movies repeatedly, sit along with him/her.

In this era fluency in English is a must. But generally, we do that as our environment make us do that. The main contribution is of our school along with our parents.
I have been brought up in a Malyam family, so I heard lots of good words in my daily life like rope, ledge, apart, distinguish so on. Later, when I used in school, people appraised me for this.
So I understood what on-demand is, how you can be in the highlight:
1) I started writing a few words on old calenders, hanged it in the place from where I can see it most of the time & used it in a sentence for a week with all it forms. Like its verb form, noun form as an adjective so on.
2) Read novels, use some sentences of that like phrases
3) Watch ten times at least an English movie with subtitle until you can repeat the dialogues without caption. It improvises your fluency and slang
Believe me; these are the best ways I found out for myself.
