About the Course


The Retail Marketing & Selling Skills Training/ Workshop highlights two major aspects viz Sales and Visual merchandising in Retailing. While the Sales aspects mentions the active form of selling in retail including sales approach and selling skills to be possessed by sales people at retail outlets, Visual merchandising talks about the ‘silent salesperson’ aspect in retailing. The ‘People’ and ‘Physical evidence’ factors are the two main ingredients that need to be understood well for anyone to prosper in a retailing career.


The duration of the workshop is 5 days. Participants get a certificate at the end of the workshop/training.
