How many teachers here employ caning as a punishment method? I have read both pros and cons. What's your take? Is it needed at times or completely unnecessary?

Canning is not at all a Solution to any Discipline The motive of a teacher is to teach students the positive sides and must aware or warn about the negative sides...and Canning will create negative feelings towards the teacher...a student should not only get Frightened by the teacher but should also..love the teacher as well...and Canning does not serves that issue. But Punishment is sometimes necessary...the objective of punishment should be to make your student realise about the wrong deeds and the student must understand the punishment and walks on the right path. Hence, I would say punishment is necessary but Canning is not necessary..again, the object of the teacher to realize it's students through Punishment and not to harm them severely.

Theirs one thing that you should know Ms. Shefali, that If their is a Will their has to be a Way also an Universal rule, and that is also the same in Drawing, that if you wish to learn, if your interested in Drawing believe me you can Draw, but one thing, you have to Love Drawing from the core of your heart, You have to feel every Paintings, you have to Feel the colours only then.
