I would advise you to concentrate on fluency rather than accuracy if you are thinking of improving your communication skills. Just practice for 5 minutes every days but it should be regular. So rather than trying to be a good dictionary or a perfect grammar book, concentrate on fluency by just speaking.Grammatical perfection comes normally because as your listening skills improve , you start making fewer mistakes grammatically.
