I take pleasure in teaching students of different ages and levels. I provide customized lessons in one to one system, as in Guru-Shishya Paramapara.
I had the opportunity to learn different styles of vocal music like Khayal, Thumri, Dhrupad, Ghazal from nationally reputed musicians and gurus. My revered gurus are Pt. Sukhendu Goswami (Khayal), Pt. Abhay Narayan Mullick (Dhrupad), Vidushi Purnima Chaudhury (Thumri), and Pt. Govardhan Mishra (Thumri).
I received Senior Fellowship from the Department of Culture, Government of India under the fellowship scheme 'Fellowship for Outstanding Musicians'.
I have successfully trained good number students in India, in the US and European countries. My students enjoyed learning with me.
