Pritam Chatterjee

My training involves hardcore discipline and rigorous training. My strength includes Khion ( Japanese meaning basic) which stresses on stances, leg movements, strikes, blocks and kicks. I earned black belt in traditional Karate. My accomplishments include participating and winning in different karate tournaments under the guidelines of WKF (World Karate Federation). Interested students will be given the facility to attend different camps, seminars, training programs and participating in Karate tournaments. My capability includes helping students to learn easy self defense techniques and also to look after the health and safety of students. I posses organisational skill as well as great physical stamina. My target is to develop students' body, mind and spirit, increase their level of concentration, build good reflex and maintain good body balance, build core and inner strength, increase in confidence level in their own fields of work, provide various real life problem solving techniques. I give emphasis to kids training by providing anti-bullying classes. I also give exclusive self defense training to females. Elderly people can also attend my classes to stay fit and healthy.
