IdentityI have been teaching right from my college days. Basically I love this profession, after working as an IT and Computer professional in leading companies,I decided to take up teaching as my profession.
I have done my bachelor's honours degree(B. Sc Hons) from St. Xaviers'College and B. Tech from JU.
As a teacher I believe that till Class X it is possible for most student to achieve 90%+ with proper guidance, correct input and hard work. Now after being in this profession for such a long time what I have I found out that the basic idea is to identify the weaker areas and convert them to potent and sharper weapons and in the process the stronger areas are nourished and they function in unition. Someone might get 99%+ working 9 hours a day and some body else might achieve it by working 3 hours a day. But at the end it is 99%+ and nobody will ask how much did you work for it. The synopsis is proper input plus hard work will definitely sow results. Slog and slog with intelligence and get someone good enough who can make things interesting and less boring, so that you start enjoy studying-it shouldn't be be a pain. To fulfil your dreams some sacrifices have to be made now at student level without grumbling which you will not rue in future and we are there.
