As an enthusiastic and empathetic professional I can encourage and motivate people to achieve.

A qualified EFL (Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language) teacher, I enjoy being creative and am also keen to use my information technology skills to create stimulating materials to inspire students. I work well in a team and can communicate well at all levels and ages.

Mine is a technology-enabled Learning Architecture to help students be "immersed" in the language 24x7.

The tool, developed by me and team, has the following unique features that helps students be exposed to English even beyond classroom sessions. Some of these features are
(i) it provides transliteration capability so that students of different vernaculars can read English easily in their mother-tongue. This helps to remove the "fear" of the language from the mind of the student;

(ii) the text-to-speech feature allows the student to hear English as long as the student wants to. Since, we learn a language primarily by hearing, this helps students to hear English beyond classroom hours till he/she is comfortable speaking the language with the right pronunciation.

The tool supports a well-designed learning architecture, where the student will be continuously evaluated and provided guidance and feedback, so the (s)he is able to develop comfort in conversing in English.
