I have been conducting teacher training since last 10 years. I am into teacher training to help teacher achieve high standards in education. Equipping them with modern tools of education. Despite digitalization of educational content, you can't omit the teacher interface. A teacher has to be smart facilitator in the new educational setups. The teacher not only need to be good in content but should be smart in choosing the right pedagogical tool to deliver it. He should be aware of the various learning pattern. Teacher training is an attempt to find the resonance between teaching style and learning style.
