I believe the learning process for every student is not the same and hence the learning methods should not be so. I try to groom my students with unique and apt techniques so they can not only score well in exams but also feel connected to the subject. Concept building in the smartest possible way is my principle of teaching. Homework assignments and class tests are designed flexibly so that the student doesn't feel pressured. Since I am young and amicable I can guide my students on a personal and informal level and motivate them.
I do prefer dealing with the apparently weaker students unlike most teachers we come across in our schools.
Currently I am an undergrad at St. Xavier's College Kolkata.
I am a member of Indian Institute Of Actuaries and Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and an actuarial aspirant. I have cleared several engineering entrance exams, ACET and I am a CA aspirant too.
