I am a Yoga Trainer and Personal Fitness Trainer. Being a fitness enthusiast since childhood I have been training myself on different forms of physical activities ranging from Yoga, Gymnastics, Body Weight Training and Weight Training. Among all these, my focus and personal favourite has always been Yoga and Pranayam. Reason behind this is its ability to offer all-round wellbeing of an individual..physical, psychological and spiritual. Yoga is a great gift of our ancient Indian civilisation to the world. Though have been practised since time immemorial, recently there has been much hype around Yoga world over. I have also participated in many competitions and won medals. For last 5 years, I have been teaching people of different age ranges, gender and requirements.

The goals to be achieved by regular Yoga practices are various such as general fitness, weight management, pain relief, stress management, protecting oneself from lifestyle related diseases and potential ailments etc. I aim to achieve the specific goals of my individual clients and ensure all round wellbeing encompassing physical, psychological and spiritual.

Along with the training of various exercises, madras and asanas their benefits are explained so that the practitioner can decide which asana/ mudra is useful at a particular moment. It increases the productivity of an individual as lasting conflict may affect the mental peace and thus focus and concentration. On the macro level it enhances performance of a team as coordination and co-operation among team members become smoother.

Flamenco is a traditional art form originating in southern Spain comprising of three elements i.e, singing, dancing and music (generally guitar playing). It's very important to strike right synchronisation as all the three elements are performed together.
