I am teaching is a very rewarding job and a valuable career. The main role of the teacher is to further the knowledge and understanding of every child within the classroom,which can be very difficult at times. Although I am not a teacher yet, I have had many educational interactions with children. I am a math tutor. Every great teacher has his or her own teaching style and philosophy but here are some thoughts on things that I think make for a pretty good teacher.I think good teachers respect their students. I think teachers can effectively engage students by treating teaching and learning as a collaborative process and by showing their students that their thoughts and opinions are valued. It can be really good motivation for students to feel that they're working with their teacher to develop their understanding..i’ve been helping my students succeed at school.I have worked very successfully with students aiming for an A or an A*..My focus is on achieving high grades through understanding the material I am enthusiastic, friendly and approachable. I really want my students to succeed and I’m very happy to be contacted for help outside of their lesson time..I have always liked math and I have always been good at math.I say I've always been good at math because I've always gotten good grades in math .I hope to give my students the confidence I had with math when I was their age. I also want to teach them how to study, since I never learned to study until I got to college
