"He is such a waste of time asking for give good feedback here is the abusment : Please provide your valuable feedback of Karthik's training thru this link. Choose soft skills as category and rate the trainer. This will take less than 2 minutes. When we didn't respond because of bad training then he began to respond like Now tell the group that if somebody doesn't give reply. I will talk to them in class personally and punish. He is not a good trainer. Always focus on his favorite students and doesn't consider the balance. "

"I met Karthik Sir From LCBF. There are some few teachers influenced ma entire 21 years of life&one among them is Karthik Sir. Basically am not a bright student,not a front bencher but a back bencher. In a class there are different types of students with different abilities. Am a type of student who is little bit shy,I have very low confidence level. In a class if there is a question in my mind to ask.I will think in a way that what others think about me if I ask that question.Basically that's ma mindset in all cases. During his classes in LCBF. I got a very high confidence level to say anything in my mind without looking any others. Now Karthik Sir is not teaching me. don't know why. Now my previous problems are back as strong as it is. I strongly wish to attend his classes and make my mind stable. He is a teacher with lot of positive energy and he passes all his positive vibes to his students. "

While he would let me speak uninterrupted in response to his questions, he would always ensure that mistakes I made were both noted down and that I had fully understood why what I said was wrong, which I believe, is a good quality for a teacher who tries to point out mistakes and helps to correct.
