Dear friend, I cant tell u what it feels if so I'll be not here to answer this Question????? let me tell u sincerely...Samadhi is not happening in this moden era..all of us killed by so many diseases & old age illness today ..Listen carefully..Samadhi means a man who voluntarly decided to give[Arpan]his soul or tied our soul to supreme soul..Union with god ..It happened from ages..Some ancient book says while Samadhi prana peareced the Brhmarandra nadi Reaches Crown chakra,,then Unite with universal soul[COSMOS]

"What are the Health benefits of aerobic exercise?" in   Health and Fitness/Aerobic

1.Ofcourse it'll improve ur health & Stamina level 2.Your Metabolism will rise that means burning of more adopose tissue[Fat] which also leads to good digestion & flexible body *Keep in mind Aerobics helps u to loose weight ***Increasing metabolism means decreasing ur metabolic age..it cause good hunger..so consume less..go for the quality not quantity..plz include fiber & protien rich food...stay fit always ..gud luk

Thanks for the information madam..happy to hear from u...we cannot learn Meditation from books or anything.. its like the language of hunger any one can realise it....But there is some ways we can show our fellowbeing what we went through..No one gained knowledge out of blue..Ofcource exception is there, our great sages,sanits..we have their life infront of us..their ways..rules which they have followed intheir entire life...we have zen,Vipasan,Kunadalini Med,Tamil siddha,Sri Aurobindo,Rajayoga...etc bulk of meditaion technique infront of us..its not necessery we need to learn everything..But if we gained some paths from teacher[Guru].. why cant we show them ..teach them..who they desrve it I have learned sudrahsana kriya from Gurumug..I tell u sincerly but I m not its follower .. Its same like different branch which came from the root tree ..I have my own way of meditate lets say Chanting process ..deep silence Meditation...dont think its bcoz of In simple way its Meditation is simple Relaxation..inwich we some time touches our bliss full body[Anathamandaa] l Hope u got it Besides from this.. i can be in that pure conciousness or Super consciousness- In simple word that we think that we are with god/we are the God itself. while having food with orpahns..when crieng with my fellowbeings...I appriciate your advice & Knowledge mam ..Thank u....

Its funny I can see a stress in this question it self...... Every one have stress depend on Various matters?? But if it Eustress for +ve thing its gud we need it Bcoz that boosts our life....But if its Distress[Neg]...Get rid from that its going to ruin ur life.

Hi Anisha, let me tell u first what Aerobic means its any activity that stimulates your heart rate and breathing to increase but not so much that you can't sustain the activity for more than a few minutes[Anaerobics]. Any form of workout [Steps] which used more "O2"level than the muscle endurance[Anaerobics] can be termed as aerobic. 1.Ofcourse it'll improve ur health & Stamina level 2.Your Metabolism will rise. That means burning of more adopose tissue[Fat] which also leads to good digestion & flexible body *Keep in mind Aerobics helps u to loose weight[Except if u don't have any PCOD/PCOS/Hormone Imbalance-If so see a doctor before starting any workout] ***Increasing metabolism means decreasing ur metabolic age..it cause good hunger..so consume less..go for the quality not quantity..plz include fiber & protien rich food...stay fit always ..gud luk.
