Lecture on Yog-Meditation Teacher BK Prarthana Shah was really a small Yatra. (A JOURNEY WITHIN) a sort of guided experience giving a soothing feeling of momentary JOY there & then itself. A detailed longest speech by Avani Bhavsar on Ayurved based TIPS on Healthy food was done with Systematic Approach. The style was fluent.yet simple and in Hindi. Easy to understand for majority. Jessica Eliza, Professional Guide on HEALTH,was the BEST, who gave really An Expert's Advice to the audience majorly in English. It was 'Quite a Lot of information on Healthy INTAKES [Both for Body & Mind]. "DO IT" is the KEY to derive. This is the TREND in this FAST TENSION-LADEN LIFE-STYLE, being the VICTIM OF RATE-RACE AND COMPETITION, ignoring INHERENT Skills,Talent and capabilities children posses &natural Instincts. Opening Act" YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT" by "RRDA" STUDENTS, well managed by Raj Potsul. The Dances, especially 'KATHAK' by Sayali Shinde's "Natashree Nrityaalay" were the best. 2 ZUMBA Performances by Students of Zin varsha chowta were dynamic which filled the air with Gusto, zeal & audience enjoyed. The last Dance by Belly Dancers (being trained by Ms Ashwini Tondlekar, the initiator in Mumbai's Central Suburb like Dombivli), was the grand finale & was a hit for many reasons. "
