You can improve your English by the following steps
: Start reading Newspapers and books of your interest. Dont read the books for the sake of reading.Read it necause you love it. So always chose an area of your interest.
:Try to watch movies, or TV Series.Start watching it with subtitles.
:Try to speak on a particular topic everyday, may be to your friends or even standing in front of the mirror
:Try to speak in English.Sometimes you will not be fluent, at the first instance,but remember there is always a scope of improvement.
:Lastly, always try to learn new words, with the help of a dictionery
I feel by following these steps, you can speak English fluently..You will never halt in between.
