How can I write a C++ program to reverse words of a string individually. For example if "I love coding" is given then print is "I evol gnidoc"?

simply use switch loop, ie , while(1) { cout>num; switch(num) { case 2||3||5||7: count++;

Do I need an additional C language certificate even if it is included in the semester syllabus?

No such requirement as such, C language builds the concept to learn other high level language like c++. yes if u want u can enroll for c++ certificate, provided by Microsoft

Can an integer constant in C contain digits separated by commas?

first, it is not the comma, it is the apostrophe, and secondly, the integer constant must itself first be converted into binary example, To represent 12 in c++, convert to binary( 1100 ), then use apostrophe ie, int x=12; and int x=11'00; is same in modern c++
