We as a SAVIOR is one of the leading independent organizations dedicated to women self defence, By focusing international attention where womenâ??s are violated, we give voice to the oppressed and hold oppressors accountable for their crimes. Unfortunately violence is on the increase in our society, and it is important for us to know how to protect ourselves, so that we can go about our normal lives safely and with confidence. Thinking that â??itâ??s not going to happen to meâ?? is not enough. Hopefully it wonâ??t happen to you, but I would rather that you didnâ??t rely on hope.

Our program is designed for everyone regardless of age and fitness level. It is not a martial arts course, itâ??s an educational program. We teach you practical, effective and uncomplicated techniques to help you escape from the most common scenarios you would most likely encounter if attacked. We teach you to understand pre-attack rituals, and how victims are selected, giving you a mental edge hence avoiding the situation.
