You said you can write English so I'm assuming that your grammar is fine. In order to have a good spoken english there are few things you need to remember like pronunciation, vocabulary (also included while writing), etc.
So if you want to have a good command over the language some might suggest you to go to the tutions but still I believe in self study and why depend on someone else when you can help yourself. There a book available in the market 'WORD POWER MADE EASY ' I would suggest you that you buy that book and start reading it it includes your etymology, exercises for pronunciation and also for vocabulary.
I also haven't completed that book but after reading first 3-4 pages of that book you'll get an idea about the effectiveness of that book.
THE BOOK IS ALSO VERY COST EFFECTIVE.
You can save your money.
