"I have been looking for home yoga instructor and found Mr. Nilesh via google. I was surprised to see how he uses simple yet powerful techniques to make it a wonderful over all experience. We did our demo and I couldn't find any other better instructor. He not only guided me yoga aasanaa, sun salutations but also amazing techniques for meditation. For me it was not just physical activity but mind body soul activity and All were blissful sessions. I am suggesting for combination of meditation and pranayama. These combination will give you best results. One more suggestion kindly start with OM chanting with 5-10 minute daily. It will help a lot. You will see the result. Thanks

its all will depends on you. A good basic training time duration is 4-5 month, you can develop yourself strongly in this period of time. i will teach you with basic defense training, yoga, some part of martial atrs, pranayam .
