I am extensively trained development professional with the strong academic background in Master in Social Work and International Business & Finance Studies from Jamia Milia Islamia- Central University-New Delhi.
While working with NGOs, private sector, with governments, social enterprises and international development organizations on various issues including rural livelihoods, Education, Health & Environment protection, rural marketing etc, I have come across extremely passionate people, which always boosts my spirit. Starting off as a grassroots development worker to managing an Impact Investment portfolio, I have learnt to appreciate every one's role in the developmental domain
Since 2006, I am designing and implementing CSR projects for reputed Corp-orates GAIL in three states. During my till date career span in various reputed agencies, I have designed and implemented diverse projects on Education, Health and Livelihood in the most innovative way, for which I have been appreciated by Unicef Country Director and CII.
My twelve years of experience in diverse set of organizations varying from small nonprofit organizations (GAYATRI MEMORIAL FOUNDATION, SALAAM BAALAK TRUST, IBTADA & GIDF) to CSR of (GAIL& NFL). The positions I have held so far required extensive internal and external communication which I have demonstrated successfully. For my exceptional contribution, I have been Awarded Outstanding & Best performer for the year 2006, 2007, 2008 & 2009
