I have studied yoga therapy from Svyasa University Bangalore & Have done my Bachelor's in yoga & Naturopathy Sciences From M.D.S.UNIVERSITY, AJMER. With the same university I have done a one year Diploma in Yog Education (DYEHS).

I made some yogarobics sets for youngsters who like fast pace. Along with this, I have a range of workouts of every age as their comfort level.

I really want to create changes in the field of fitness and really want to revive a perception of people towards alternative healing and holistic approach. In future I want to find more research glisters in the field of alternative healing.

I am very much interested to use my experience in the field of alternative healing towards fitness.
