I have completed my primary till high education from the different schools ,all in unique cities ,by staying almost 12 years in hostel .Total ,I have more than 4 years of experience in this field. I got an opportunity to interact with Engineering ,MBA BBA, BCOM students, taking of their PDP sessions,which do realize me, they were all talented but lacks in expressing themselves & communication issues which is very difficult to get a job in MNC and become introvert slowly slowly because of not having social skills or soft skills. It is very important to show confidence in ourselves to win in such a competitive world which we can achieve by our pleasing personalty. As Someone has said " 85% success totally relies on our personality, negotiation and communication Skills remaining 15% requires technical knowledge , which is actually true in today's word. So wt do we say,Lets start from today, by grooming the inner strengths , communications skills and show to this ambitious folks a new chapter of your life. As we all know, "First impression is the last impression"
