I am taking coaching in Chandigarh for IIT-JEE but not performing well. Should I take extra tuitions to catch up? If yes can you suggest some in Chandigarh?

No, assuming you are also attending your school also, it would be better to focus on school and IIT-JEE coaching. Any third party coaching would just mess things up. Just do the homework and assignments religiously. Hard work would eventually pay.
