His/her practice should be in a manner as below:

    1. understand the question/scenario

    2. analyise the different ways to convert a scenario to program

    3. Now write a program to execute.

 

Now a days every answer is available in internet. So they are directly going to step 3. which is not a good procedure. First we should proceed with step 1 and step 2. If necessary you can search on internet to solve the errors of step 3

Why is Python's for loop different from C's for loop?

C: Most of the times, we perform the actions like reading or updating the arrays in C. we always find the length and we will perform loop based on the length.
