I am the CEO and founder of Fine Tuning Consultancy Services(FTCS), Col Sanjeev Sharma, an alumnus of IIM Indore , have served in the Indian Army for 22 Years before prematurely bidding farewell in 2009, to the uniformed life to take up a challenge of providing quality training and affordable human resource solutions to the Small, Medium and Large Enterprises.

Along with me, comes my vast experience in the Indian Army, which is known for its ethos, integrity and organizational culture, gained over the decades of hard work and dedication. It has helped me to understand the importance of the core values of life along with the virtues of human relations and behavior and utilize them fruitfully to enhance the value of an individual.

My Mission: My mission is two fold as under:

I also assists professionals in aligning their energies towards desired outcomes, support initiatives and present courses to augment perceived gaps.
