I am getting tired after doing Yoga and I am feeling drowsy. Can I take a nap? Is this common?

Maybe you are doing excess, or maybe you may be defeceint in viitamins. You can a take a nap. It differs from person to person. Over a time you will overcome it.

If you are getting tired after the Yogic practice, you can take a short nap or Yog Nidra. I think you check your blood, maybe you may be short of Haemoglobin (iron).
