The best way to improve spoken English skills is to SPEAK SPEAK and SPEAK in English, not worrying about the mistakes or if it makes sense. Best is to try it out with your close friends or well wishers or parents or siblings if you feel they can encourage you. At this stage you need to be ENCOURAGED and motivated by others to improve even if you make mistakes. You can join a Toastmasters club near your area.
