If circumference of a circle is two more than six times the radius of circle.Find the area of circle.

ans:: circumference of a circle id 2*pi*r ,here radius r then 2*pi*r=6*r+2 2*.PI.*r-6*r=2, r( 2*(22/7) - 6 )=2, i.e pi=22/7 we get r= 7. then area of circle is = pi*r*r = (22/7)*7*7= 154.....

if a radius of a cylinder is 2.25m and its height is 5.2cm.Find its diameter.

It very simple radios mean half of the diameter .if radios 'r' and diameter 'D',then D=2r, here no need of height ,D=2*2.25=4.5.
