I know it very well the English language is very cheap and rough language that anybody can easily learn and speak but mostly we don't get more chance for communication. Can you make a good chance for developing communications skill for fluency English?

Two options. 1. Work in B.P.O for 6 months 2. Take my teaching through phone call daily for an hour.

Then you need to diversify your efforts of making your English proficient. Means reading novels will give you idea of literature , reading science magazine will teach you scientific language and reading news paper will give you idea about societal affairs.
