"Snehalata is a teacher with a good skill of teaching and she is friendly in nature. She explains concepts very well. She tries to make the study material interesting. She gives information in an understandable way. She helps me to correctly pronounce English words and to develop my reading skill. She patiently helps me until I fully understand her lesson. I was pretty good in grammar but in speaking I was not so. She motivates me and fills me with confidence that I can easily speak in English. "I have clients from USA and UK. I was not able to speak fluently in English. Then I thought of joining spoken English classes. But I did not have time to attend classes. Then I searched online options. I choose Urban Pro website. I received some calls and emails from Urban Pro. I choose Snehalata because she speaks Telugu. Her way of talking is very friendly. She took total 25 classes. She started teaching from basics. She took an hour class every day by phone. In an hour she explains daily one concept and gives exercises. It was very useful for me. She explained the doubts when I was exercising the chapters. She explained very patiently and friendly. During this period I improved my vocabulary and writing skills. She thoroughly trained me in topics related to daily and phone conversions. I improved my communication skills. She suggests reading regularly as it is very useful in language development.
