I am a Certified Yoga Instructor with more than 2 years of experience in taking classes. Trained and certified in various styles of yoga - Traditional Yoga, Power Yoga, Aerial Yoga. I conduct yoga classes involving traditional and power yoga, vinyasa, pranayama.
