Shanthi Kiran

I have completed my B.tech in computer science engineering and have pursued ITILv3 certification. I have twelve years of IT industry experience and four years in training. Currently, I am working at Ethic company as a consultant, and I conduct training at an organisation level. In 2014 I began working in service now implementation. I explored as a service now a developer and worked with big clients like MACD, UBS, govt of Singapore. I have led a team. I have trained around sixty resources initial stage and provided training to my peers. I have received a Spot award, two from Infosys and team-related awards in Pinetree and Wipro.
I had a passion for training. I had trained my peers while pursuing my Btech. I gradually got into my present profession and have satisfaction while providing the training. I take classes in Service now administration and Service now in scripting. My classes are conducted individually on an online platform.
The classes work on the defined structure and provide real-time training to the students. The course has twenty to twenty-five days of duration. I also offer community forums and articles where I take real-time training scenarios. I am experienced in training freshers and making them comfortable with the technology. I frequently use PowerPoint presentations in my classes for better understanding. I often conduct practice sessions for the course. My lessons are interactive, and I regularly discuss the topics and other concepts related to the training.
