I had started teaching Art of Living classes since 2009'after I experienced the benefits of the program myself for a period of 4 years. I believed this training should reach more and more people so that they can bring in happiness in their lives. I have been teaching for last 6 years and have taught more than 5000 people across India. Generally I conduct these classes in groups in a good venue. There are some powerful processes which we do which require the participants to be present in person. What I like most about teaching this course is the the palpable transformation I see in participants within the duration of the course in just 6 days. This course is designed for overall wellbeing of the individual which is why it is called the happiness program. It consists of various modules on yoga, meditation, breathing processes, knowledge sessions, group activities and many other powerful processes which work on the overall personality.
