"Nikhil dumpala being at a very young age has tremendous experience in the field of yoga, meditation etc. Initially, I approached him for my work stress and to get rid of my negative thoughts and emotions, By surprise, at very young he could recognise my issues and gave breathing exercises and yoga asanas and few exercises combined to address my issues, I really feel energetic, positive and 80 per cent of depression gone just in one and half months, I am still taking classes to improve and benefit more from him.
