As per scientifically proven methods, a good listener can become good speaker. Follow these points consistently. 

(1) Listen to good English from BBC podcasts, news etc. You an download BBC related app also. Use British council apps for English conversations, audios.

(2) For every new word you come across, use internet to find its pronunciation and repeat on your own.

(3) Listen to English news but it shouldn't distract your objective of learning. Based on the latest news from radio, you will understand context and you can pickup both vocabulary & speaking skills fast.

(4) Use apps like Cambly to practice speaking with native speakers and experts. Practice makes you fluent in English.
