Laasyanga School Of Kuchipudi

Laasyanga school of kuchipudi is established with a single minded approach to propagate the traditional kuchipudi dance in its purest form. It also aims at training students for Certifate and Diploma Exams conducted by Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University.All aspects related,theory and practicals are covered as per syllabus in a systematic manner. The school has an exclusive dance premises for the benefit of students and classical vocal music classes are also scheduled by prominent guru in order to provide training for both art forms under one roof.

Director of LAASYANGA Smt. Rohini Kandala has around 20 years of experience and had the good fortune of learning under great gurus Late Dr. Uma Rama Rao and guru Dr. Bhagavatula Sethuram. She has completed her MA Kuchipudi from PSTU and is a double goldmedal holder. She is a Grade B doordarshan artist and has performed extensively across the country and abroad and given more than 300 performances. She is presently pursing Mphil in dance from PSTU and firmly believes in academic and structured learning of art form.She has also completed Diploma in Bharatanatyam.
