SUNITHA SIROLIKAR



Head of Human Resource and Training, Sunitha is responsible for developing and implementing global strategies for Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Talent Creation, Organizational Design, Quality & Compliance, and Community Outreach.



In addition to HR & Training, Sunitha oversees all operation, development and communication functions pertaining to the organization's mission of service and marketing strategies throughout the Southern & Western India regions. She is a dynamic Human Resource Professional, Corporate Facilitator and a successful Business Coach and has been working within the Banking, Telecom, Retail, IT, Business Management, Business Consultancy industry for 25 years, both nationally and internationally.



She began her career as Chief Liasioning Officer for “Sana Silk Exports”, a reputed handloom silk exporter based in Hyderabad catering to the markets in Europe and Middle East. She was instrumental in setting up the unit, a subsidiary of the parent organization, forming, co-operative society to export “Shabad” stones to Europe, Australia and Africa. Participated in several Trade Shows, Forums, Expos at Germany, UAE, Mauritius, Oman, Kenya etc. for promotion of the products and tapping the international market. Sunitha held several key senior level profiles at organizations like IDEA, Amazon, IBM and HSBC in verticals like Human Resource Management, Training, Quality and Compliance.



She has a M.A. in English from Osmania University and an MBA in International Business form University Of Luton (UK). Also, she has a Diploma in Clinical Psychology.



As a Speaker, Facilitator and Life & Business Coach, Sunitha inspires individuals, businesses and corporations to improve personal performance and productivity and it is this knowledge and her style that has made her such an inspiring, entertaining and motivating speaker and successful coach.
