Dazil Fernandez, an experienced Learning and Development Professional. He is armed with a decade and a half experience in multinational set-ups in India. With a rich experience of facilitating Leadership and key behavioral interventions, Dazil carries considerable knowledge of how people develop competencies and how roadblocks need to be addressed. His approach to coaching and training dwells around the paradigm of get the basics right. In the last 15 year's Dazil has handled key Learning and Development assignments in firms like Bank of America ( BACI ), Arvind Ltd and Mars India. He has witnessed, practiced and led all facets of Human Resource Management across Banking, FMCG, Textile and Online gaming industries. Apart from leading learning sessions, he has also been instrumental in devising the talent strategy for some of the businesses he has worked with. His knowledge of 5 Indian regional languages apart from Hindi makes him a versatile speaker as well.
