No offence but brush up your grammar skills which will automatically give you the confidence to talk. Learn to use the right sight words and sentences. Do not hesitate to speak even if you make mistakes. Continue to talk and talk it positive when someone corrects you. They are the learning steps. The more you talk, the more you learn and rectify your mistakes. DO NOT THINK ABOUT WHAT OTHERS WOULD THINK. BE DETERMINED!! Good Luck!!

It's simple!! English! English! English! That should be your world. Walk, Talk, Think, Dream. What not?? Do everything in English. Try to build your network with people who speak in English! Initiate with small talks, read books (increases your capability to think), newspapers (increases vocabulary), Watch Movies. Firstly, do not let your mind believe that you cannot talk fluently.
