How can I reduce my weight faster?

0 0

Dinesh replied | 21/12/2016

You can reduce your weight faster but will not be the right or healthy way, the weight loss can be done with any fat burner or any suggested steroid but this can be harmful to your inner body such as lungs, kidneys, lever, etc. it can be harmful to your skin and hormones as well.
As a experienced fitness trainer I can suggest you to take consultation from any dietitian or fitness trainer.

2. Positive Mental Attitude:-
As someone already mentioned losing weight is a mind game and not just that maintaining health is as well. I recommend this book to read "Loose your weight not your mind".
3. Nutritional Diet: It's not how much you eat it's what you eat and when you eat and then comes how much.
A strict time table needs to be followed.
4. Physical Exercise:-
Do what you like. Of you don't like gym don't go. If you like swimming do it. Rather stressing your brains by doing not what you like better you burn your calories by doing what you like. And before all this it's a must for you to know about your body.
These things are recommended to get a clear picture:
1. Visceral Fat.
2. Muscle mass and Fat mass.
3. BMR.
4. Muscle and Fat control.
5. Body Fat mass. «less

One can start practicing yoga at the age of 3 yrs (not advisable before 3 yrs) and can continue throughout the life.
Learning and Practicing are two different concepts here as yoga is not restricted to body, mind and sense complex. It goes beyond.

Generally we help beginners to empower their confidence through teaching the method of close combat. Teaching them the philosophy of self-defense, anger management, stamina buildup, improvement of reflex system and panic control method.

Mantras are specially formulated sound vibrations . They are not God names or holy words. The chanting of mantras influences the deeper layers of the mind and consciousness.

Food that are rich in protien. Protien intake should be high and if you are planning to build lean muscles then it should be equal to your weight. For eg 70 kg = 70 kg of protien. Protien eg egg, chicken, soya etc
