Gymnastics is perfect sport for kinds now a days. Age criteria is 5 to 40. Tekken Force Ahmedabad (TFA) one and only gymnastics classes in Ahmedabad.

Wish your Teacher and fellow students. Introduce yourself and get to know about your coach and from there, you start up Just like any other day. WARM UP and then you'll do just fine. People will guide you. No need to worry. All the Best.

How to practice Gainer on floor safelty if u can already back tuck

Well, If you haven't got the gainer yet, better start with the cheat gainer on floor. But for a full gainer, you better use mats or practice at beach or somewhere grassy. Once you've got the hang of it, then move to floor. Don't practice on direct floor right from the start. Even if you land on your foot, it'll still hurt. So better start with mat or beach or grass.

Of course yes. Might have to practice and keep up with your drills everyday. But otherwise, its really fine to start at the age of 15 or even after 18 for that matter of fact. All the Best.

You can learn the basics and could probably do a few basic techniques like roll and cartwheels in 3 months. But even then you'll need more time to achieve perfection. You can start learning gymnastics in 3 months. But you will give it time to proceed and get into advanced levels and techniques. But anyway, all the best.
