I started teaching 6 months back after getting certified as a yoga teacher in july 2015. Although have been teaching friends and family from many years. but from 6 months I have been taking regular classes in a gym, 6 times a week, two batches a day. I am certified in ashtanga vinayasa yoga which is nowadays popularly called as "power yoga"asit helps in losing weight, gaining muscle strength apart from the stress relief it brings with it.. I got certified under an international yoga teache who goes by the name, Jayapradha Radhika. I am a very patient person and believe in the power of yoga so want to teach more and more people so that more and more people can enjoy the amazingbenefits of yoga.
