Knowledge and practical experience of a faculty in Company law or finance matters as the case may be. If you have trust on your strength and interest but you want to expand your knowledge base and want to dig into provisions and sections of laws in detail practically, then take coaching classes from good faculty whose motive is not to earn a good money but to spread his/her experience and knowledge to students for their bright future.
