I completed my Mtech in 2008 from Rajasthan University. I have been a certified personal trainer and a Nutrition Consultant from GMFA California sone 2017. I have experience more than twelve years of experience in this field. I have worked in reputed and well-known Corporate companies like Urban Clap and TCS.

While working in the corporate sector, I have experienced the unhealthy lifestyle and stress it brings. I wanted to adopt a more healthy approach towards life. I am passionate about keeping a healthy physical and mental state. Thus I started teaching others about health and fitness too. I aim to reach more people and make them healthy and active. My classes are conducted through online and offline modes. For offline courses, I could easily travel to the student's homes. The classes are held three days a week.

I have a practical approach while systematically approaching my classes. I’m an all-rounder. My classes are student-centric and could be easily modified according to the student's requirements. I design my fitness programmes after discussing and ensuring the clients' desired goals are met with the right equipment. I also add meditation and Yoga in my sessions, emphasising the healthy being of my students. I motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients.
