This is to bring to your kind information that Kshitij Education India is starting with a talent hunt program to train students literally free of cost for IIT JEE and other engineering entrance examinations (target year 2013 and above). We all know the might of Kota in the preparation of IITJEE very well. But the facts says, out of 93000 students who come Kota every year, only 4000-4700 students make into IIT. It's not a matter of these 4000-4700 students, what matters is the remaining crowd. After paying tution fees in lacs (for just 1 year) and accomodation extra + staying away from their home for so long, they land up no where. While again, a few of them, goes to some private engineering colleges wheras others cannot even make them. This crowd resides in no man's land. The worst of all, they are neither prepared for competitive exams nor they are good enough with the basics of boards. While this is just one side of the paradox, on the other hand, there are many students in places of Bihar, West Bengal, UP and MP where students are capable of making into IIT and top Engineering colleges of this country, but as they lack in guidance, they are not able to compete.

With a very clear objective in mind, Kshitij has decided to visit schools in the above mentioned states and hunt for the best talents and provide them coaching at a very nominal charge. The best of all, we provide coaching via the "online plattform". All you need to have is a PC / Laptop and a broadband internet connection. Our director, a technologist, believes in Sir A.P.J Abdul Kalam's statement that the future of education lies in computers. With this objective, we started developing a software some time back, and finally it brings our heart with joy unspeakable to inform you all that we have developed a software which can be used to provide online coaching 100% similar to a normal classroom coaching.

Since at this stage, internet connectivity might still not be present in every home, hence, we are also developing regional centres in districts of Malda(WB), Kooch Vihar (WB), Jalpaiguri (WB), Patna (Bihar), Chhapra (Bihar), Rewa (MP), Bhopal (MP). In these centres all the technical set up will be absolutely perfect. All a student needs to do is just go to the regional centre and take classes from there.

As you all know that Ministry of Human Resource and Development has cleared that IITJEE exam pattern will be changing completely in the subsequent years. 50% weightage will be given to the Std. 12 marks and the remaining 50% to an Aptitude Test. These all steps are taken simply to minimise the havoc of Kota and similar centres. We believe that the quality of students entering into IITs has not been significantly remarkable since past few years. Inspite of so many institutes in this country, still there are many students who possess an excellent IQ but cannot make into the IITs because they lack in guidance and money.

Hence, the concept of Kshitij IITJEE has been launched. We are a group of 8-exIITians who will be handling all the academics centralised from Delhi.
