Hey my name is Hamza Ayan Khan,I have total 5 years of experience.I am certified fitness coach from American council on exercise,Gold's,I also specialise in female fitness and special populations,like female who were have problem of PCOD,PCOD etc.My working USP is fitness assessment in wich I identify the posture deformation like forward head, round shoulder etc,most of people have Lower back pain so I find out the reason of pain it may pe because of bad posture stiff hamstring etc.so on the basis of that I designed workout plan.
