I am a civil and commercial attorney from India with an LLM in Intellectual Property from the George Washington University Law School with a prior experience of about four and a half years. I am writing to express my strong interest to be part of your team as a private tutor in your esteemed company.

Prior to attending GW Law, I was an Associate in the Litigation Team at Dua Associates and Solicitors, New Delhi, and have hands on experience in arguing several matters before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, Competition Law Tribunal, District Courts and other Courts in India. I was counsel for the Delhi Urban Art Commission, State Bank of India, Royal Bank of Scotland and Competition Commission of India. I have handled several meditations and arbitrations and have taken up pro-bono matters with the Delhi Legal Services Authority.

At GW Law, I structured my coursework to focus on copyright, trademark laws, information privacy law and antitrust law. I am a registered lawyer in India and registered with the Delhi Bar Council. Presently, I am practicing as a sole practitioner in various Courts of Delhi and have taken up a research assignment at the Supreme Court of India, where I am working pro-bono. With the knowledge I gained during my prior work experience and my masters, and with my interest in teaching, I want to actively contribute as part of your team and help students with their competitive exams.
