I am presently working as Chief Manager - HRD in Large Private Ltd Company. Apart from my full time job, my passion is to help young mind / talent/ entrepreneurs to acquire employable & people skills which are sought after by any industry/market. These skills are not taught in their school/collages/MBA/family but, are important from the point of view of getting entry to the Industry and succeeding there.

I love partnering individual who are keen to come out of their shell and unleash their potential to achieve their dreams.

My strengths are behavioral training, public speaking, coaching & counseling. While doing my coaching & counseling session, I use psychometric instruments to deep dive to core issues and make it a point to uproot the cause with my systematic intervention.

My limitation is 'Time' as I am available on 2 Saturdays, 4 Sunday and 2 hours early morning and 2 hours late evening every day for you. My preference is to take selective assignment so that I can do justice to clients expectations. However, if the assignment is challenging, I make it a point to do way with my limitation.
