About me

Experienced teacher of the English language and writer for the past seven years at the senior high school level. I started teaching by applying for the position at a private senior high institution and got the nod. One thing I love about teaching is the opportunity it offers me to interact with students from all walks of life, and share ideas with them. I learn a lot from my students as well. I apply storytelling, dramatization and lecturing to impart information and lesson notes. I have the ability to speak and write coherently and clearly. I am good at preparing concise and updated lesson notes, and attach seriousness to my class lessons. Punctuality and regularity are also my hallmarks. English grammar, reading and comprehension, summary, and essay writing. The young are exciting, vibrant and curious. Their youth exuberance can be focused on their academic work for greater results. The elderly are more experienced and business-minded but slow. They require more time and detailed information. It is more in-depth tuition that works for proper understanding. I have learnt a great deal from my students at all levels on different subjects that impinge on my life and career. I have achieved a lot like; coaching several student groups to their final exams and coming out with fantastic results, assisting individual students with academic weaknesses to write and pass their exams, offering English proficiency to foreign students from Francophone West African countries, etc. I use the computer-Laptop- where necessary, audio and visual electronic devices, especially during Oral English and speaking. A lot more will be found in my Resume or CV.

About me

It was not by chance, but by passion, and my fathers home institute inspired me to do so. I started teaching at my home when I was in class 8 (2013). I was in St Xavier's School. Then, I started tuting to my parallel class students on weekly basis. Mathematics is my pillar. While doing B Tech my juniors use to come to me for Mechanical subjects tutions. I easily become a good friend rather than a tutor. There is no or very minimum communication gap between us. I am friendly and believe that strict tuting is not the solution. Make studying an enjoy full event and interesting. I teach because I want to learn more and more.
